Here are two sites that you can use. www.sendthisfile.com This site allows unlimited size files, You do have to sign up for an account but it is free. www.yousendit.com is another, This site only allows 1Gig but you do not need to sign up. Large files will take awhile to upload as all Ip services have a slower upload speed so grab a coffee when sending big files.
